Some things you will need to know about me
Where I'm coming from
my ear's attuned to the dark,
there's a trickle of juices
that are rich in minerals about me.
Roof-drip, pulse in the wall.
It's a wise mine
that opens up and sets me free.
I hear the antler-picks the other side
but I'm also coming down the line
with the feel of the sound
of an approaching train.
There's no state but this alert
all bent to a strumming stroke one
way like a forest in a storm can be.
The anxious voices once were muffled.
