  Wide-bellied wreck
besotted with sea, far-

off Phocaea barnacled
  on these timbers

  ploughing west low
with wine, olives, a priestess

  loaned by Artemis
rounding the headland

  unsunk amphorae
lugged ashore and so
        it begins.
